How to use this room planner
- Measure length, width and height. In Advanced, assign each rectangular door or window opening to its wall.
- Select the work and surfaces you actually need. Enter the product label’s coverage or consumption, layers, waste and optional package size.
A measurement example
A 4 × 3 × 2.5 m room has 12 m² of floor and ceiling, 35 m² of gross wall area and a 14 m perimeter. One 0.9 × 2.1 m wall opening leaves 33.11 m² of net wall area. Material quantities still need your selected jobs and declared product data.
What this estimate does not cover
Only one rectangular room is modeled. Openings are assigned to walls, but their positions and overlap are not checked. Door widths are not automatically removed from baseboard runs. There is no cutting plan, material compatibility check, labor or cost estimate.

Does this calculate renovation cost?
No. It estimates separate quantities for selected materials using your own product data. Prices, labor, delivery and a total budget are outside this version.
Can I use it for a bedroom or living room?
Yes, when the space can be measured as one rectangle and the chosen work matches these six sections. For an irregular room or a tiled bathroom, use the relevant standalone calculators and measured areas.
